Processing and Production

As each candle is hand-poured in our workshop in France, preparation time is 2 to 4 business days after payment confirmation. 2.

Shipping Options and Delivery Times

From France to all of Europe with the following estimates:

• France (Metropolitan): 2 to 3 business days (via Colissimo or Mondial Relay).

• Portugal and the rest of Europe: 5 to 8 business days.

• Collection Points (Mondial Relay): Available for France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain and Portugal.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders over €60 (France only).

Tracking

As soon as your order leaves our workshop, you will receive an email with the tracking code to follow your order.

Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives broken, take a photo of the packaging and the product and send it to info@flamebelle.com within 48 hours. We will send you a new unit free of charge.

Return Costs

Except in cases of error on our part or damage in transit, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
